IS.TRAC

The IS.TRAC software suite developed and marketed by IS2 is a manufacturing assistance and management tool specifically designed for cosmetics production. Its application can be extended to any tank liquid production process where the method involves a succession of mechanical operations and additions of raw materials.

In combination with manufacturing recipe editing software directly linked to raw materials management applications, IS.TRAC performs the following functions:

• Display of last validated operating mode on the production equipment
• Real-time conformity checking: temperature, agitation rate, pressure, etc.
• Transfer of commands and instructions to the equipment controller (PLC or supervision software)
• Real-time production report generation
• Performance calculation
• Equipment drift detection
